Toddler sore feet?

Hi, my LO is 3.5 and always complains of having sore feet (esp toes). We've had his shoes properly fitted and do it regularly so I don't think it's his shoes. Perhaps cramp but it's in both his feet which seems odd.
Is it just a growth thing or is there something more serious that I haven't considered? I feel silly going to the doctor about sore toes!

I would see the doctor and don't feel silly about it, if it's something that's at been happening for a while and you've done the right things like checking shoes then it's best to get it looked at.
It's not usual for children to be in pain on a regular bases, it may not be serious but it doesn't sound right.
