4yr keeps on getting brusies, and I can’t explain them.

I’ve noticed over the last week or so that my little one (4yrs) has a lot of bruises. Mainly over their legs which could be explained by kids being kids, and they did say that they got kicked by someone at nursary. This I have raised with the nursary and they are keeping an eye on things. However today I’ve notice two new ones one on the top of her foot and the just above her hip. Which I can’t explain. A quick internet search has scared the living daylights out of me. Has anyone had something similar or can give me advice. I am planning on phoning the dr on Monday to see if I can get an appointment.
Help please x

Best to see a Dr.

See a dr. The most likely cause is not the scariest one, but does need checking out properly.

Don't think the worst it's extremely likely it's just usual rough and tumble. Late night internet health research always seems to lead to something terrible.
For peace of mind go to a drs but I'm sure it's normal, sounds a bit like my son who is very nearly 4.

Feet get stood on and hips get bumped on tables. Do take her to the dr, better to be safe than sorry, but hopefully it won’t be anything serious

Not only do my dc always have unexplained bruises, so do I.

Hi just got back from A&E they’ve diagnosed ITP a blood disorder where her immune system is attacking the platelets in her blood. Causing lack of clotting hence the brusies. Healthy platelet count 150/400 hers 3 !!! Anyway back in 10 days for another blood test to check the count and take it from there. Thanks for all the support and concern.
