Advice on inconclusive urine test

DD (7) had high temp. Stuck at 39/40.

Went to GP surgery, and then A & E. Tons and tons of glasses of water later, yay, she had a wee.

Presence of blood and White Blood cells, and she complaining of pain in her side, they thought a kidney infection.

A couple of days later, they now call and say the urine test sent for analysis is inconclusive....

She is much better, temp down and feeling better.

Any experience?
