Teething or something else? (TMI poo pic attached)

For context- DS is 15 weeks, exclusively FF. He was and still is a big baby, and still putting weight on. Has 7oz every 4 hours or so, goes around 10 hours at night. He's cheery, smiley, very settled. Absolutely no signs of any illness whatsoever.
He is very dribbly and chewy and can get very red in the cheeks; if I look closely I can see a tiny bit of tooth breaking his lower gum.

But, last two weeks his poos have been steadily getting more and more loose. He's always had explosive nappies but usually only every two days, it's now every day and they've steadily gone through looking a bit mucousy to this one this morning. He's also developed an eczema type rash over the last couple of weeks too, but DP also has this and DD used to have dry skin as a baby, which went away when we changed her bubble bath (I have done this with DS and his skin is improving).

I am going to ring the GP Monday morning but wondered in the meantime if it may be lactose related, or if it looks like a normal teething nappy? DD didn't teethe until she was 1 and had no symptoms at all so I'm at a bit of a loss as to what's normal.

I know this post was 6 years ago 😅😂, but it's the only one I've found thata basically exactly my situation, same age, FF everything... So OP, If you are still around on mumsnet, did you get any closure on this? Was it teething or something else?
