4 month old very sleepy

My 4 month old slept through last night from 7ish to 7:30ish this morning. She didn't wake to feed (I woke at 3am and pumped). She's had a couple of decent feeds today, and has played a little, but has more or less been asleep most of the day today too.

I assume she's going through a growth spurt? Her temp seems OK. My only concern is that a friend's kiddie has hand, foot and mouth. Could this be early symptoms?

My friends baby had HFM and it started exactly like this - extreme sleepiness.

@stiltonontoast She slept through last night too, and has had a long nap this morning. She's been a bit more fussy than usual with feeding. Nappy rash and a teeny little red spot by her mouth... I've warned my husband to keep an eye out. There's a possibility I'm imagining things or making links that aren't there because I'm on alert, though.
