Stopped eating

Hi, my very good eating (normally) 5 1/2 year old has stopped eating at dinnertime and hasn't eaten a full dinner/dinner or pudding/supper for a week now. He's sometimes having breakfast and I guess he's eating school dinners (I'm asking school to check for the rest of the week)! He has a bit of a cold but normally he has to be proper ill/down with a cold before he stops eating so I'm a bit worried :( I've had a chat with him to check there is nothing worrying/upsetting him which he says there aren't. I'm out of ideas - anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Sorry to hear that OP. I’d make sure you give him a decent Multivitamin and mineral supplement and then keep a food diary, including drinks. Sometimes they fill up on squash or milk and it affects their appetite.
