I am posting for advice about ds who is 4, will be 5 in January. Since he turned 4 he has had lots of digestive problems. He regularly becomes constipated and has lactulose and movicol for when he has trouble. He doesn't take these daily, I monitor him and give as required.
He burps a lot, even before he's eaten, and complains a lot that his burps hurt, I think he means acid. He has a few times lately randomly been sick, just once with no other symptoms and back to normal straight after. I am going to make him a gp appointment this week but I would like to know what I should be asking as my current gp can be very dismissive. Is there anything I can try to eliminate or reduce from his diet? Hoping for someone with similar experience!
