Could this be Hand foot and mouth?

Dd was off her food and unsettled last night and this morning and she has just come up with these spots round her mouth and a couple on her bits. Could this be hand foot and mouth?

I would say so, yes. What do her palms and soles of feet look like? My dd didn’t have actual spots on those, but they looked sort of mottled. Her mouth started like this and got worse.

When I got HFM about 2 weeks after starting work in a nursery it started with tiny really itchy blisters on my thumb and fingers. They then appeared on soles of my feet. Then I got lesions in my throat and the sorest throat ever. No spots/blisters outside my mouth. DH made me a cup of tea and one mouthful of the hot liquid burst everything in my mouth. It was excruciating. DC have had it since and followed similar pattern (although no hot drinks were given). Not saying this isn't HFM but I'd get her checked out. A friend's DD got it while already ill with something else and ended up in hospital on a drip for fluids & ab's

I think it looks like Impetigo.

Nothing anywhere else just round her mouth and a couple under her nappy. She’s grumpy and out of sorts and off her food. Bit happily playing inbeteeen grumpy spells.
