Can you help identify these spots?

Hi all,

These spots appeared on 3yo DD's torso yesterday. No more have appeared. First thought was chicken pox, but now not sure. Can anyone shed light?

Chicken pox does start like that but very quickly spreads like wildfire. Bites?

Thanks for reply - we do have two cats, but haven't spotted any fleas yet..
