Reaction to flu vaccine??

My dd (10) has an immune condition so needed the injection vaccine, not the nasal one.
She has severe anaphylaxis many times a year.
So she was fine when had the vaccine yesterday, thankfully. However today the sit of injection seems to have come up in a welt that’s warm. It’s quite big!! She seems totally fine in herself.
Is this normal??

I also had flu jab yesterday and my arm looks just like that - it doesn't 'feel warm' though.....

I had a flu jab yesterday and it looks similar to that and is warm to the touch. I have no other health issues - just had a horrible flu last year and decided to get the jab privately this year. So maybe warmth on the site of the injection is normal.

Hope your DD is OK.

I got it yesterday. Very sore arm and the site is quite warm. Doctor told me to expect it.
