Thoughts on DS's spot?

It started out this morning as a pink dot, then a bump, now looks fluid filled. He is teething and a bit dribble, but it doesn't look like his 'normal' teething rash if you see what I mean. Hopefully the picture has attached alright.

He's alright in himself, bit grumpy maybe and no temperature.

Impetigo?

Looks like impetigo to me. Or potentially hand foot and mouth? Any other spots or redness on hands/soles of feet?

Does he have any red patches anywhere else?

Could be a number of things often hard to tell in early stages. If he's coming out in more could be something else or impertigo. I'd give it 24 hours to see if he's not unwell in himself. Because chicken pox often starts with just one spot.
