Loose adult teeth

I've noticed tonight my 6 year olds two permanent bottom middle teeth are a tiny bit loose.

He's received no injury, and there's no obvious inflammation or damage.

Any ideas what's caused this? We intend to put him on a soft food diet and call the dentist on Monday morning. Just a bit confused though.

I did wonder if it's because he had shark teeth on the bottom where the permanent tooth came up behind the baby teeth and when the baby teeth fell out he didn't have a gap at all. The permanent teeth have moved forwards and are almost perfectly in line now.

Does it seem reasonable that this looseness is due to their moving forward and so nothing to worry about?

Naturally I will worry about this non stop until we speak to the dentist lol GrinSadHmm
