Tiny bump on back of ears

Hi,

My little boy is 5 and I’ve just noticed that he has a tiny bump in the back of both ears. Anyone have any idea what they could be? I’ve not noticed them before today.

My daughter has one of these since birth. Doctor just said slightly malformed cartilage.
