Toddler yawning all day!

Has anyone’s toddlers started yawning constantly like I mean up to 20+ times a day he is teething and does have asthma allergies but it’s driving me crazy with worry 😩

Mine sometimes yawns 2 mins after he wakes but as long as there getting enough sleep at night and other than asthma is generally healthy I wouldn't worry too much.

Hiya he is getting enough sleep and still naps in the day but he can not stop yawning it’s making me so anxious as to why he keeps doing it 😩
