Why is my babies skin doing this?

Recently I have noticed my babies skin around her toes is peeling constantly and her toe nails are peeling away too. I asked my doctor he said just moisturise which I obviously did and have been doing since I noticed it about 3 weeks ago. Help any advice?

My LO had this and it went after a while. I moisturiser a bit but it didn't make a massive difference. When his feet were out a lot in summer it stopped. I think its from babygrows mixed with a little dry skin.
My LO is now 10months, been gone a while. How old is your lo?x
