14 mo has weird rash?

DD has a weird rash of about 4 or 5 red spots in the nappy area. First noticed this on Friday but no amount of sudocrem is clearing it as I thought it was a bit of nappy after being a bit red. Any ideas what it could be? She seems to be irritable when wiped and immediately goes to touch it.

Any ideas what this could be?

Could be a teething rash x

I'm not sure, they're red and pimple like with no head.

Might need fucidin, prescription anti bacterial

My wee ones HFM presented in the nappy area. Are her hands and feet clear?

Nothing on her feet or hands. It's so odd. It looks a little like onset of chicken pox but no fluid in it and it's been nearly a week since the spots came up.
