Is this slap cheek? He had rash on cheeks which come and goes, but lots on legs arms and back. Itchy with raised white bits......

That really looks like an allergic reaction to me!!
My daughter gets facial flushing like pic one. And pic 2 looks like a wheals (excuse the spelling!!). I can’t quite see pic 3.
Have you tried an antihistamine??

Doesnt look like my DD when she had it, looks more like a reaction to me too.

Just googled, looks like some of the pics, DD had the lacey effect much more prominently but not as raised red patches .

This was my son. He was covered all over. A week before the rash appeared he was poorly with swollen adenoids and stomach pain. His brother had it a week later. They both felt under the weather. It looks dramatic but soon went. Apparently once the rash appears they are no longer contagious. Hope your son is better soon.
