Not chickenpox?

Does anyone know what these spots could be? DS is 5 and I've just noticed them in clusters all over his upper body - face, neck, back, torso. He says they itch. They appear to have fluid inside?

He had chicken pox age 3 so unlikely a second time??

Thanks!

It is possible to get it more than once (but it's uncommon). They do look like chickenpox (fluid filled spots). Has he been exposed recently?

I know, that's what I thought! No idea if he's been exposed, just started school.... quite possibly!
