Tips for when you and child are sick please!

I have had a sickness but since Friday. I have 3yr old twins, one is fine the other is sick too.
DH is trying to help as much as possible but he has to work.
I know all parents go through this but just looking for some tips to get through it!

Potette travel potty (the one with the liners) Probably not very helpful right now, unless you have one, but they’re great for puking little ones (I don’t deal with sick terribly well!)

towels all over the house. camp out in one room. the one with a telly.

@itsboiledeggsagain yeah learnt this the heard way when kids wanted to stay in bed...more to clean! Hubby is ill now too so I will confine to one room tomorrow and call it a film day
