10 month old vomiting daily

I am hoping for some advice please.
My lo is 10 months old and is regularly being sick in between meals, the amount varies but last night she projectile vomited at bedtime and tbh I have never seen so much sick.

This has been going on for 3 weeks, I have been to the GP twice, the first time they said stomach bug, second time gave her Gavisgon, we used this for a few days but didn't see any change.
Generally she is still very happy, sleeping well and laughing but I am starting to get concerned!!

Shall I go back to GP?

Go back, perhaps see a different doctor, but certainly say you want some proper advice and treatment

Is she eating too much by any chance? My 10 month old just had some epic sick and I figured out it was because she'd messed around with her afternoon snack and then eaten far too much supper.
