Toddlers cut ear

Dd was running in the garden and caught her ear on a bramble. She’s absolutely fine, though won’t let me near it, but I don’t know if I’m supposed to get it looked at (and if so by whom) as it doesn’t quite meet... it’s tricky to see on the photos but it doesn’t go all the way around the cartilage.
Should I just leave it to scab over? And try to clean it in the bath?

I would leave it, it doesn't seem severe enough looking for a stitch nor glue so just keep an eye on it that it stays clean and doesn't become infected (pus, bright red skin around cut etc). It will probably take a while to heal completely as it is a decent sized cut but should heal on its own.
