Stomach pain

Ds5 started with stomach pains Sunday evening about 5:30. They come in waves, only way I can describe is like labour pains. We've had no sleep as it's constant, no let up. Had a hospital stay mon evening, had blood & protein in urine. Doc we saw over night said scan & bloods yesterday morning. When new doc arrived he said no not necessary and sent us home. Have said until it's been a week they won't be concerned. There's no other symptoms except these stomach cramps every half hour/hour. He's not eaten since Sunday. He has open access to the children's ward for the rest of the week and a follow up Friday afternoon. He's still sat screaming in pain tho and it's awful to see especially as there's nothing I can do. Does anyone have any idea what this could be please? I am absolutely exhausted and don't know what to think now.
