6 year old very snotty every morning

My son, aged 6, has woken every for morning for some weeks now, sneezing, coughing and blowing his nose. It’s seems to be clear wet snot (sorry), not nasty. So I assume that it’s an allergy. It occurs the same in other people’s houses and also when camping. It’s not a huge problem, but annoying for him. He doesn’t get ictchy eyes or any others symptoms. Is there anything I can do to help?

Have a look on the Asthma and Eczema sites (AllergyUK IIRC) try things like mattress and pillow protectors, vacuuming using a hepa filter, damp-dusting etc. to see if you can lessen the source.
