Can’t see any pictures unfortunately

I can’t see your picture but my son had chicken pox that were infected earlier this year. I’ll attach a picture - I was really anxious, he was really unwell but doctor prescribed antibiotics and they healed really fast so don’t worry.

Labradoodliedoodoo · 07/10/2018 18:55

If they're red/inflamed around the edges and hot to the touch then it's quite likely - take him to a walk in centre and get him checked out, but phone ahead in case they need to take special measures to avoid infecting others.

RandomMess · 07/10/2018 19:10

If you think there is a chance that they are call NHS ASAP

Labradoodliedoodoo · 07/10/2018 19:12

He could get ill very quickly so see your GP if you suspect

Don't wait this can turn septic

If you look at my picture, you can see the red rings around the spots. That was how I knew. Plus he seemed so unwell in himself. I would call OOH - I didn’t and spent a horrible night panicking. And my DS is quite a bit older.

beautifulgirls · 07/10/2018 20:04

You absolutely must see OOH tonight about this. Don't accept no for an answer from them.
