So my little girl recently woke up at night. She was completely unable to move or speak either. Is this normal or something else? Basically she was trying to cry but couldn’t because she was having what I now suspect was sleep paralysis am I right in thinking so? It was scary watching her.
I’m truly not sure if she was having a undiagnosed episode of sleep paralysis or something else. How do I get some much needed answers? Is it common for toddlers to have this disorder or not?
