My 3 year old DD has just woken up crying and grabbing at her bits. My immediate reaction is to think it's worms and have treated her for it (been here before!) however she is slightly blotchy on her torso and I just wondered if anyone else had any other experience that could mean it's something else? Couldn't actually see any worms but husband had smothered nappy cream all over her by the point I got to her.
