Hello, I’m on holiday in Portugal and my 1 yr old has suddenly developed a nasty red, swollen, hot to touch big area in his nappy area. We’ve had many a nappy rash in the past and oral thrush that’s caused him nasty nappy rash. This however looks different, has come up alarmingly quickly and is getting worse. He’s warm but no mega temperature. I just wondered if it is a form of nappy rash that you mummies have encountered before or whether I hit the foreign doctor button and get him seen? Hoping you mummies can shed some light? X
