Nasal flu spray 2.9 year old

Can anyone help? I'm a bit confused about the age that the nasal flu spray is given. It says for children aged 2 or 3 born between Sept 2013 to August 2015.
My dd is 2.9 born in December 2015 so does this mean she will not be eligible for flu vaccine this year?

I called the dr today about this. My 3 year old is eligible to have at the doctors and my eldest started school this September and will be given it ah School. (I'm in England)

She should be eligible.
2&3 year olds at gp surgeries and 4 yo at school.

I'll call gp on Monday. It's just thrown me as I assumed she would be eligible but looking at the birth dates she will just miss out which doesn't make sense

If so I don't think they can have it until 2.

The flu vaccination season is usually from September till Feb/March.
So she might be able to have it after her birthday.

My 2 year old was born Aug 2016 and is going for his shortly. Those dates are wrong somewhere.

Or you can have it privately at Superdrugs it seems!

Pretty sure it's the injection vaccine Though, not the nasal one that it for over 2s.

In Scotland if they are over 2 but not at school then they get it at GP. If at school they get it at school
