Threadworm?

Just wondering if I should treat or not. Dd woke last night upset saying she had an itchy bum. Couldn’t see anything so just put sudocrem on and she eventually settled and slept well, fine this morning. Would you treat for that? Or wait and see? I didn’t see anything and this was the first night she has done it, she has had threadworm before but complained of pain more than itching then. Can’t decide if I should jump on it and treat just in case or watch and wait!

Treat it, won't hurt and worms are horrible if they get bad

Treat it! No way do you want to risk it spreading.

Yes treat it, it's just medicine from the chemist (it tastes disgusting though and you have to give it to the whole family)

Thanks, I have done just in case. I just wasnt convinced it was worms which was why I was wondering but then why else would she behave like that at night? She was fine last night, saves me second guessing though
