Nappy rash

My little 4 month old girl had nappy rash. It's not really bad but just wondering what other mums do to help their little buns. I've been using metamium at night and sudocrem in he day. Changing nappies regularly, and using disposable nappies instead of my washable ones in the hope it keeps the moisture away from her bum. Any tips would be very appreciated xx

Keep them nappy free for a period of time (obviously lay something under them at that age incase of bowel movement) each day to let the air at it. Metanium cream was the best I tried when my ds was in nappies but I found airing the area better.
