DD is 3, usually her stools are really hard. Since Friday she has been doing numerous loose stools. It stared off with one loose very smelly movement on Friday night. She went several times on Saturday so naturally I assumed something had upset her or she has caught a little bug. By Sunday it had slowed down a little but still very loose and a few times yesterday. She did a hard stool last night so I thought it was back to Nona but today she’s done two loose runny poos. Sorry TMI. Should I be concerned? Shes generally well in herself, not poorly and eating and drinking as normal. I think because she’s insisting on eating her normal food such as yoghurt as snacks, cheese etc. Maybe that’s not helping her stomach issues at all. Hoping to stick to things like toast, bananas etc today?

Follow Brat dbet
Keep away from childcare settings until symptom free for 47 hours and if no better go to GP

Thank you. I’ve kept her off pre school, I always stick to the 48 hr rule.

Finally stopped today but she won’t be back for the rest of her week now!
