My 4 year old has suddenly started getting large, angry spots/pimples. Four on his torso so far and one on his finger, all have developed a couple of days apart. They're quite sore and the red patch around them is about an inch across. No itchiness.
Anyone have any idea what could be causing them? Thank you!
