Small rash around ds's nose

Ds is 11 and has a tiny rash in the corner of his nose leading to his mouth. It looks like the sort of thing you'd expect to see on a smaller child with a cold whose nose was streaming and the skin damp. He hasn't got a cold and obviously can blow his nose and keep himself dry. Any ideas what this might be.

Might be worth asking at a pharmacist. Any chance it could be impetigo?

Just Googled, and it doesn't look like the pictures, not as scabby, just small spots/redness.
