Lumps on foot arch

My ds5 has had this patch of small hard lumps appear on the inner arch of his foot. They aren’t causing any pain or itchiness. There’s a small patch of dry skin next too them but nothing else. Any ideas?
I’m thinking about trying an anti fungal cream and seeing how that goes.

Looks very like something my daughter had on the arms. A kind of wart - GP called them contagion I think as in they spread very easily. Treated daily with Wart-Off and covering the area up. It took a while as they popped up in new areas of the skin. Also it was quite hard to just get the wart stuff on the wee bumps as they were in a cluster so the surrounding skin did get a bit sore in the meantime.

Could be although that suggests it’s very rare on the sole of the feet and he doesn’t have any anywhere else. Thanks anyway

I’m feeling a bit over invested in your DS’s feet but I remember having these as a child on both soles.
