Do I need to do anything or just wait and see? She's 13 months. She's actually currently on antibiotics as she's getting over tonsillitis.

Just wait & see. She might have an upset tummy but then the ABs might have given her an upset tummy anyway. She'll probably be absolutely fine though.

Wait and see. Probably she will be fine, especially as she is on antibiotics.

Little ones do put some disgusting stuff in their mouths. Mostly they are fine.
