Does anybody know what these are on my 2 1/2 year old. They're like prickly white spots/rash with red spots in the middle of chest. Spots have been there 3 days but only noticed white ones today when I've but my light on it. The rash on face went in an hour but shes now got same spots on chest on her other cheek. I was thinking heat rash but she hasn't been sweating or it hasnt been hot & they're not itchy. Thank you
