5yo headache for 5 days

My 5yo DD has been complaining of a headache on and off for 5 days and saying she feels sick.
She is otherwise fine, playing as normal, going for walks.
Probably 5 times a day she says she's feeling sick and her head hurts. No temperature.
Only last night as I went into check on her before bed she was asleep, but woke and she said her head hurts and then vomited, not just a little bit, a lot!
She's not been sick since.
She's had Calpol and again happily playing again now.
I'm just worried that we're on day 6 now of headache and with the vomiting last night makes me wonder if I should get her seen.

Yes get her checked out but does sound viral

Called out of hours and they've advised just to book an appt with my gp next week.
To be fair she does seem completely ok in herself, glad I checked though

I've had DD suffering the same for 3 or 4 days now. She's probably been a bit more temperamental but that's all.
Has glasses and regular checks
