Baby struggling to poop and skipping feeds with pain

Hello, my 3 month old boy has just started struggling to poo, at the moment he only goes once a day when normally he was doing 3/4 and when he does poo it's fine not hard or anything abnormal. It's like he's really trying to push for sometimes hours of crying and discomfort. I've seen on here that sometimes they try to hold it in around this age so maybe it is that but what is really worrying me is in the evening today and yesterday he's been in so much discomfort that he's skipped two feeds! He's EBF so I've pumped to try and keep the milk supply at these times but is it something I should worry about if he's skipping feeds like this?

Try some baby massage on his tummy. Only rub clockwise and down. It can help move things along for him.

But BF babies don’t always poo every day so maybe it’s wind he’s got?
