Does this look like chicken pox? - photos

I’m meant to be going out to a party in an hours time and I have no idea if I should risk it.

It’s only on my two year olds tummy. It is itchy. It’s been there since this morning. He’s fine in himself. Anyone knowledgable have any idea?

Has it spread any more? I'm not sure. It COULD be, but also looks like a contact dermatitis type rash to me
