My baby is 8 weeks and over the last 4 I have been testing nappy care ointment, in particular the new bepanthen one. 4 weeks ago we were in the middle of a heatwave and the little one developed some nappy rash, so I began using the cream with every nappy change. This did not seem to help much, so I decided to also only use pampers brand nappies. The other thing I changed is bathing him at night. The rash disappeared in a few days and since the weather got colder I am using the cream only at night and he is doing great with that. I am however not sure if it is the cream, the diapers or the weather that influences the appearance or disappearance of a rash more.. what do you think?
