My 18 month old has had a rash on his neck for a few months and I can't get rid of it! It has white/yellow bumps and when he itches it the rash goes very red and swells up (photo attached). I've been to the gp a few times and he's given me various steroid creams and an eczema cream which haven't worked and the rash is now getting worse and I'm at my wits end.
Any advice very gratefully received.
