Around 10pm last night my 4 yr old vomited around 3 times however nothing else after that, fell straight to sleep & no runny poos etc. He's then had a temp since also a cough which id noticed a few days prior to him being sick. It wasn't the cough that made him sick as I know sometimes that can be the case. I'm going to phone the doctors anyway just for advice not taking him up in case it is a tummy bug but was just baffled by the extra symptoms temp,cough,sneezing etc anyone else's child had similar?
