Fractured or bruised elbow?

Hi.
Earlier my daughter went skateboarding with 2 of her friends. However, she hit a hole in the tarmac and fell straight onto her elbow, then she went to sit on a bench in the shade and felt really sick for a few minutes but drank some water and felt fine and didn't want to make a big scene. She said it hurt for a bit but went off and only really hurt when she knocked it or something, but now quite a few hours later she is saying it hurts really badly, and has been for an hour or so, and her hand is tingling a bit. What shall I do?

Nobody can tell you if it’s beoken or not, you’ll need an X Ray.

I’d take her to a and e. I’m surprised this isn’t a straightforward way decision to make.

Why have you waited an hour or so? Confused

Only one way to tell - A&E or minor injuries. My dd had very similar pain the time she gave her elbow a knock and when she fractured it in 2 places. Only an x Ray could tell us what had happened.
