Hi there,

I am completeing my dissertation on trends in the head lice eradication category. I'd very much appreciate if you would take my survey. It won't take you anymore than 5 minutes!

I've done it- unfortunately have vast experience with head lice.

The survey doesn't allow you to select more than one age of child, you also need to add school nurse to the list of people who you would seek advise from and add foam to the preferred type of treatment.
