My toddler wakes multiple times for a bottle... help!

I know I should have this sorted by now, but I haven't! After weaning baby off breast, I swapped onto giving her milk bottles in the night, generally soya growing up milk because she has dairy allergies.

She is now 20 months and has become reliant an having a bottle to soothe her when she wakes, which recently has become 3/4 times a night... I know it's not great.... and especially because we end up cranky the next day due to broken sleep!!

Any handy tips or hints would be greatly appreciated as to how I can get her out of this routine....Thank you!!

I had this and I gradually watered it down until it was basically just water. Took a few weeks as I didn't want her to "notice". Then I started leaving the bottle of water in reach.

The general idea is that water's less of a comfort so they kind of just give up on it.

Just stop offering it?! It will be hard for 3 night max, just don’t give in!

Thanks for the advice!! Going to try watering it down and see if she notices. X
