Travel sickness medication for four year old

Does anyone know if there is anything I can give my four year old for travel sickness? She can't seem to tolerate more than 5 minutes in the car before feeling sick!

We've used KWELLS KIDS for our DC - I think it's half a pill at age 4. They're tiny little tablets that can be chewed or sucked, just taste of sugar apparently. They can cause drowsiness but don't seem to with our DD.
