3 month old weird movements!

Hi my 3 month old daughter has only today started doing something weird. First off she's been slightly unsettled and needy wanting to be held most of the day, and then when I'm holding her she moves her head so its facing my chest and her full body goes all tense and her face goes red, she's not hungry and doesn't need changing, it's always to the right side. I was wondering weather it was an ear infection but her temp is 36 and everything else is normal no smelly ear sleeping OK, feeding OK it's just the clinginess! Any ideas?

Could be something working on her, a wee viral infection or anything. If it keeps happening I'd ask a gp for advice or hv if you have any upcoming appointments. Just keep an eye for other symptoms. My ds when he has an ear infection never pulled his ears never had smelly ear or any kind of discharge from the ear just a fever and general misery.
