Reflux in older child (8) - refusing to take medication - help?!

Ds has been on reflux meds since he was tiny.

It has always been a battle to get them into him, he has had ranitidine, domperidone, lansoprazole, omeprazole and esomeprazole.

He has additional needs and it is very difficult to get medicines into him.

We had some success putting esomeprazole granules into drinks, but now he is refusing this.

An endoscopy recently showed he is suffering from bleeding ulcers, and has scarring in his stomach wall and oesophagus from reflux, so his meds have been doubled......only he is completely refusing everything.

He has a 2nd endoscopy booked for 3 months time.

Any ideas at all about
a) how to get meds into him
b) any alternative forms of these meds available.

Thankyou
