Why so many E numbers in Gripe Water

I bought Gripe Water yesterday as I had used it with my first only to see it has 3 different E numbers in it. I thought it was the natural option versus Infacol. What's people's take on it?

Looks like they are all preservatives and can cause allergic reaction in some cases
