DDs surgery was cancelled at the last minute for non clinical reasons, we were on the ward, starved and ready to go. (This isn’t a gripe about cancelled surgery as I know these things happen).
Just researching and the guidelines are that she should be operated on within 28 days of the cancellation, has anybody been in this situation and did they get another date within 28 days?
